These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Pawsh Boutique Pet Spa website and your request for grooming services. By using our site or submitting a booking request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking requests

Submitting the form on our site sends us a request — it is not a confirmed appointment. We’ll contact you (typically within the hour during business hours) to arrange a time. An appointment is only booked once we confirm it with you directly.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on the site are starting prices (“from” a stated amount). Final pricing depends on your pet’s size, coat type, condition, and any add-ons, and will be confirmed at drop-off.

3. Cancellations & no-shows

4. Your pet’s health & behavior

You confirm that your pet is in good health and current on any required vaccinations, and you agree to tell us in advance about any medical conditions, allergies, anxieties, or history of biting or aggression. For the safety of your pet, our team, and other animals, we may decline or stop a groom if a pet is too distressed or poses a risk.

5. Liability

We take great care with every pet in our salon. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pawsh is not responsible for pre-existing conditions or for issues arising from health or behavioral problems that were not disclosed to us, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

6. Use of the website

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to disrupt, damage, or misuse it. The website and its content, images, and branding are owned by Pawsh or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

7. Third-party links & services

Our site may link to or rely on third-party services (such as Google). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
